Question by Jacquelyn: When to start “anti-aging”?
Well I turned fifteen two days ago, and since skin cancer, sun damage, and rough skin are big big big traits in my family I would like to begin protecting my skin now. Am I too young to use anti-aging products? How can I keep my skin (face, body, and eye skin) looking healthy for life?
Thanks!

On the Tyra Banks show, a skin consultant said that you should start anti-aging at birth.
She was saying that skin aging is always starting or happening.
I started using anti aging creams at age 8… I just used a normal lotion on my face that prevented sun damage. (Which – sun damage later makes you age)
So it depends on the person.
What do you think? Answer below!

well you should start using the heavy duty anti wrinkle creams in ur early 40s but as of right now you should use sunscreen everyday and yes you should use some anti aging things right now just use them in moderation
You are “old” enough now to begin seriously taking care of your skin. After washing/showering in the morning, apply a good moisturizer to your face using light strokes. Use face make-up very lightly – nothing too heavy. ALWAYS remove your make-up completely before going to bed, and ALWAYS follow that with more moisturizer. In the summer, ALWAYS apply sunscreen all over. After swimming, shower & apply more moisturizer. Any good cream moisturizer is OK; I’ve used the L’Oreal line for years. For the rest of your body, Vaseline puts out good cream products.
Well, I’m going to assume that you have sensitive skin. You should wash your face regularly with a gel oil free facial wash. If you have acne I personally like products with Salicylic acid. I then use tea tree oil to spot treat pimples then use 100% aloe Vera gel(no fragrance or color) put all over face when you go to bed; it will dry and feel tight your face will be so soft in the morning! You should also start using moisturizer w/ SPF protection now too. Try to stay out of direct sun whenever possible. When you get to be my age (37) you will wish you did. I am now starting to see sun spots but for the most part my skin is nice and I still look young….everyone thinks that I’m 20,lol
FYI…I now use full strength tea tree oil but I started by diluting with water. (wet cotton square with water then add a drop of 100% tea tree oil)
