Question by sandy t: How do you “lighten” your skin using photoshop?

they’re both obviously photoshopped, how do you make it that white/pale?

First, depending on your photo, select the area that you want to lighten using either the magic wand or the pen tool.

Then go to the Image drop down menu – then Adjustments – and then use the controls on that menu.

Good ones to use are: Levels, Brightness/Contrast, and Hue/Saturation to get the effect you’re looking for.
